Mariyan Atanasov es un fotógrafo y diseñador Búlgaro, que ha creado un Tetris a partir de la arquitectura más representativa de la ciudad de Sofía.
Su trabajo comienza con la exploración del entorno y los edificios peculiares de su ciudad, una vez fotografiados los deconstruye en bloques que simulan las piezas del famoso juego ruso de Alekséi Pázhitnov, la T, la Z, el cuadrado o la ansiadísima barra, pero a diferencia de lo que ocurría en el Tetris, en la versión de Mariyan las piezas siempre encuentran el hueco perfecto sin dejan ningún espacio.
