Hace algún tiempo hablamos de la gastronomía ilustrada de EE.UU un proyecto de John Holcomb donde hasta los platos tenían la forma del estado al que representaban.
Kelly Pratt es una directora de arte de Chicago y ha hecho algo parecido, pero con su comida preferida, los sandwiches, y ha llamado a su proyecto "Stately Sandwiches" pretende hacer uno de estos bocadillos por estado, de momento lleva 11, para ello investiga en internet y tiendas de gourmet cuales son los productos típicos de la zona, para que el sandwich sea lo más representativo posible.
En su web y página de facebook podemos ver los "duros momentos" que pasa elaborando y comiendo estos bocadillos con deliciosos ingredientes y unos cuantos amigos que se apuntan para ayudar ;).
